By accessing and using SanityDashboard ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

SanityDashboard provides a web-based dashboard application for tracking promises, decisions, and exceptions. The Service is provided free of charge.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store in the Service. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time using the CSV export feature.

We strive to provide continuous access to the Service, but we do not guarantee:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

  • All features will remain available indefinitely

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any data loss or corruption
  • We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data
